KitchenBath.com division of L.A. Sales, Inc..
Privacy: We know you
value your privacy. We will ask for only the minimum amount of information
necessary to process your order. All online forms are
securely encrypted to prevent theft of your personal information. We will not share this information with
other marketing companies. We will only give the information necessary to process
your order to outside companies, such as the manufacturer, the transporter and
your credit card company, if you charge your order. Beyond this, all information
stays safely with us.
Tax Free Purchases: Your
purchases are not subject to sales tax, except on shipments made to New York
State.
110% Price Guarantee:
KitchenBath.com division of
L.A. Sales, Inc. will refund to the purchaser, if notified within
15
days of the purchase, the difference between the purchase price and another
advertised price on the internet, plus an additional
10%. The item must be advertised on the internet for sale by a legitimate
dealer, and must be new, not used, nor offered on an auction site
nor be offered as a clearance sale or closeout sale item. Product must be
the exact same model number. Notice must be given by the purchaser in writing by
either email, fax or mail, with the exact website address that the product and
price are listed. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the purchase was
made - either by check or credit card.
All computations are exclusive of taxes and equalized for the
inclusion of freight. In all cases,
L.A. Sales will be the sole judge as to the application of the
above terms and whether a particular advertised product is the same and
what the computation of the refund shall be. Offer applies only to those products
bearing the "110% Price Guarantee" label.
Accuracy: Please call
us and ask questions before you buy. We try to be knowledgeable about all the
products we sell. If we do not have an answer, we will contact the manufacturer
to get you the best information. Please discuss all aspects of the products design and capabilities before
purchasing to determine the suitability of each product to your needs. The contents of this site are only a representation of the
products offered for sale, and while every effort is made to keep photos and
text current and accurate, L.A. Sales, Inc. will not be held responsible for,
omissions, typographical errors and for changes and modifications made by
manufacturers, as they see fit. Most descriptions are edited and condensed from
descriptions and specifications provided by the manufacturers.
Payment: We cheerfully accept
MasterCard, Visa and checks as payment. To protect your account from
fraud, purchases made by credit card must be shipped to the address to
which the credit card is billed. Selected accounts may
be granted open account status with terms subject to the sole discretion of L.A. Sales, Inc.
L.A. Sales, Inc. reserves the right to determine acceptable payment terms in
all cases. Checks returned by the purchasers bank, for any
reason, will subject the purchaser to a $20 processing fee.
Warranties: We only sell
products that are new and carry the manufacturers
standard US warranty. Warranties for all products differ according to the
manufacturer. Please ask about specifics. Warranties, if they
exist, are provided by each products manufacturer and all
decisions regarding the enforcement of warranties, repairs, exchanges and
refunds are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. L.A. Sales, Inc. neither
extends nor implies any additional warranty beyond that provided for by the
manufacturer.
Shipping: We
will work to get your purchase to you in the most convenient way possible.
Please discuss
suitable options for delivery of your purchase. In many cases we can arrange
for: expedited production and shipping,
liftgate delivery, inside delivery, 24 hour notification before delivery, pick-up of freight at
local terminal or factory. Many smaller items will ship by UPS, FedEx Ground or
the US Post Office. Items too large for those carriers, will be
shipped by a suitable trucking company. Provisions must be made by the purchaser
to unload the freight when it arrives, as the trucker is under no obligation to
unload freight. There will be additional freight charges, if
redelivery is necessary due to the purchaser being unprepared
to accept freight upon its arrival. If the purchaser is
unable to accept delivery in a timely fashion after being notified by the
trucker that the order is ready for delivery, additional charges may be due for
storage.
Inspection of Order: We
try to get your order to you correctly and undamaged, but occasionally problems
can occur. You, or your agent, must open all packages in the
presence of the driver upon delivery and reject any product showing
signs of shipping damage. Products showing signs of damage and accepted by you,
or your agent, must be signed for, on the
shipping receipt, as "RECEIVED DAMAGED" and noting the exact description of the damage.
If it is not possible to inspect at the time of delivery, write "CONDITIONAL
ACCEPTANCE PENDING FINAL INSPECTION" on the shipping documents.
In any case, failure to note damage at time of delivery, in writing, may result
in the denial of your claim against freight carrier. Save all packing
material, if damage
is claimed, for inspection by carrier. By accepting freight,
you or your agent, accept the responsibility of placing
a freight claim with carrier, if
damage has occurred.
Returns: We understand
that occasionally a purchase does not work out, due to no fault of the
manufacturer. We will work with you to arrange your return to the manufacturer. Returns, credits and exchanges are
possible in most cases, but are subject to those
policies extended by the manufacturer of each product. Please retain all packing
materials and return merchandise in the original carton. The
original packing material will afford the merchandise the best protection in
transit, if it is still usable. Many products are subject
to a restocking charge, if returned prepaid, to the manufacturer, in
original
condition. In all cases, freight is not refundable. We
reserve the right to charge a 3% cancellation fee on orders canceled after the
day the order was taken. Please retain your shipping
documents to prove your return. We strongly recommend that all items being
returned be insured against loss or damage by the carrier. Products to be returned, for
any reason, must be authorized by the manufacturer, through L.A. Sales, Inc. in
advance, and returned to the manufacturer directly. All products returned to L.A. Sales, Inc., will be refused. Cancellations, refunds or exchanges of special order
and custom-made items will not be allowed by
any manufacturer. No returns will be allowed by any manufacturer after
30 days
from receipt by customer. If returned merchandise and it's
original packaging are returned damaged, modified or shows
signs of installation, the manufacturer will deduct from the credit that amount
necessary to restore the product to new condition. The manufacturer may also
elect to reject the return, if reconditioning the product is
impossible, impractical or
exceeds the value of the return. In all cases, please inquire as to the specific policies of
each individual manufacturer before ordering, as the policies and procedures for each
differs and their individual policies are ultimately what
need to be followed.
